Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you have completed a course and a certificate has been sent to you, we cannot offer a refund
Refunds are normally only offered if there is a technical problem we can’t resolve within three working days.

- Downloadable software products
Refunds
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and will normally be applied within a seven days.
Missing a Refund?
If you haven’t received a refund you’re expecting, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
